the location was good plenty of options for food and sightseeing nearby

my room was not properly cleaned on one day of my stay i had to request clean towels from the reception desk it was inconvenient and time consuming

convenient location good coffee secure elevator

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. my room had good coffee (i made several cups!). the secure elevator gave me peace of mind .

the hotel clearly needs some tlc.

affordable eating places are located across the road in chinatown. i found more options at the back of the building on sainte catherine street. there is also a sports pub nearby.

great proximity airport bus

the bus stop to the airport was directly in front of the place (a very helpful detail for my departure). the location offered great proximity to several attractions of the city.

the hotel had a policy of only making up the room every three days.

great heat pleasant staff great location comfortable room

The shower had fantastic heat and pressure. The staff was pleasant and helpful . The location was great, made getting around easy. The room was comfortable and suited my needs.

The furnishings are a bit dated.

the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. it also had a large bathroom. the hotel is on boulevard rené-lévesque (a major thoroughfare) and there were many buses in front of the place.
